Repeated cross-section shipment-level data used in the empirical illustration in Sant'Anna and Xu (2026), revisiting Sequeira (2016). The package includes these data so users can reproduce the application without cloning the original replication repository.
Format
A data frame with 2,849 rows and 57 variables. Key variables include
bp, lba, lba_value, and lba_tonnage for the four bribery outcomes;
tariff_change_2008 for treatment status; post_2008 for the
post-treatment period; hc_4digits for four-digit HS-code clusters; and
tariff2007 for the baseline tariff rate.
